At MUNICIPAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Decide whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
